These substances can be either harmful or helpful to the human body. Some countries emphasize to never take any of them without the doctor's prescription. However, many people might not be observant to this recommendation. In addition, some substances prohibited in some places are allowed in some others. Who is right, those who completely ban them or those who tolerate their use ?
